The Atlendis Labs team is the major contributor to the Atlendis protocol. We are based in Paris, France with the option to be partially or fully remote.
What we are looking for
After finalizing our seed round, we now are looking for our Head of Sales and Partnerships who will be in charge of developing Atlendis’s sales strategy and partnerships across the industry. You will have the opportunity to join the team at its early stage and completely shape its business strategy.
Responsibilities
Create and manage a sales strategy targeting DeFi and traditional institutions
Developing industry partnerships and relationships
Produce tangible materials for means of communication with potential partners and users
Identify opportunities for the organization to scale and execute them together with the team
Maintain a streamlined form of communication with the Product Team to relay user needs and feedback
Qualifications
Having past experiences in creating a sales team from scratch
Prior experience in TradFi and/or DeFi
Be genuinely interested in DeFi and be one of its users (lending/borrowing, yield farming, AMMs, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
